PEAT BALE PROCESSOR
The Lawson Heritage Bale Processing System is de- signed to accommodate a 4ft square x 8ft tall compressed mix or peat bale, along with small bales. This machine is heavy constructed with a full length chain flight bottom conveyor for shaving the bale. The bale is loaded with a fork lift or pallet jack onto the rear elevator that is operated with a hydraulic power unit. Before processing the bale, the plastic is removed, the elevator tilts the bale over onto the chain flight for processing and afterwards the pallet can be removed. When the product reaches the specially designed processing head it separates and fluff the material.
